Recap, leading into 2025: In 2023 and 2024, the Executive worked closely with the Board to address a backlog of foundational organizational matters.

In 2025, our focus has shifted toward governance, with a commitment to becoming more proactive and less reactive in our approach.

We engaged People First, a professional HR consultancy group, to support the development of a comprehensive governance manual.
Phase One of the governance manual has been completed and formally approved by the Board; Phase Two is scheduled to begin in November.
We have initiated collaboration with the new staff at the RM to strengthen internal and external communication practices.
Efforts are underway to streamline the organization, procurement, and storage of equipment and uniforms.
